BSNL Launches SMS based STV activation In Kerala
Indian national telecom service provider BSNL, has introduced a new service that will allow users to recharge special tariff vouchers through an SMS in Kerala Circle. BSNL is also planning to launch the service in other circles soon.
To active any STV, BSNL users have to send a prescribed SMS to 57333. For example To recharge with STV 45 type STV45 in your message box and send it to 53733. If you have enough balance then the STV will be activated and Rs.40.80 will be deducted from your account.
BSNL has categorized these STV’S in 4 types as Category I- General,Category II- Unlimited voice calls, Category III- Free SMS and Category IV-GPRS pack. The customer can use maximum of 4 STVs simultaneously, ie one STV from each category at the same time.

stv 13 is not working..it gives 200 sms free rather than the 1 ps per message as offer says.
Aswathy…. offers are revised… now 1paise /sms offer is not available…. 31 for 200 sms for 1 month
23 for 1000 sms for 10 days
33 for 2000 sms for 15 days
53 for 3000 sms for 30 days…
try new plan from bsnl… 3g diwali
does it work for new students suvidha plan. and what is the format is it STV 13 or stv13
