Akai Mobile, one of the largest Japanese consumer electronics brand launched it’s first triple SIM (GSM+GSM +GSM) mobile phone ‘Trio’in India at a price of Rs.3295.
‘Trio’ comes with 5.1 cm (2”) TFT screen, 1.3 megapixel camera with digital zoom, dual language support and audio player with equalizer.The handset hosts an inbuilt sound recorder and video player with video recording capability.
Other basic features available in the phone include FM Radio, Bluetooth (A2DP), and E-book reader. Trio has expandable memory of 8 GB and is GPRS enabled which makes web browsing easier for consumers.
The Trio also comes packed with the unique blacklisting option which enables the user to block unwanted calls. The much-liked Torch feature is also avilable in Trio.
According to IDC figures, the Indian mobile market saw a unique trend of multi SIM phones capturing 38.5 per cent of the market.
The phone will be avilable across 15000 retail outlets around India at an affordable price of Rs. 3,295 with one year warranty.
